關於工具

開發這工具的初衷無它，純粹只是為了方便各位使用浮動 IP 連線上網的朋友檢查自己的 IP 位址而已。這工具是由 QuietSky 以美元 10.00 贊助開發。

關於 IP 位址

在這個網路世界裡，為了要辨識每一部電腦或網絡裝置的位置，每個裝置都需要有一個獨立的地址，因此有了 IP 位址的定義，這就好像每戶人家都有要有一個獨立的住址原理相同。

IP 位址是由四組 1~254 的數字組成，每組數字之間以「.」分隔，而所有網絡裝置就全靠著這組 IP 位址與世界溝通。例如微軟網站的 IP 位址就是 207.46.197.101，這個可以直接在網際網路上溝通的 IP 就被稱為『實體 IP』了。
